On 31 October 2024, Dragon Age: The Veilguard will finally be released - and let's be honest, it's about time, as fans have been waiting ten years for a sequel to Inquisition. Fun fact: if The Veilguard was released just three weeks later, we would have officially waited more than a decade!

But before the time comes and we head back to Thedas, there is of course one particularly important question: Can my PC handle the game at all? We have the system requirements for you.

PC system requirements for Dragon Age: The Veilguard

Dragon Age: The Veilguard is also coming to the market for consoles, but a game of this calibre is optimised quite differently for the PC. So here are the system requirements for you at a glance, so that you can make sure that your setup can cope with the upcoming release without ruining everything with frame drops every two seconds:

The minimum requirements for Dragon Age: The Veilguard assume a mid-range PC - but you probably already expected that the huge game won't run on a coffee can. If you want to play the game as the makers had hoped - graphics on high settings, without stuttering, ... - you should be able to come up with a pretty decent setup.

And let's be honest: Dragon Age should be honoured appropriately for the occasion, so if in doubt, we recommend you upgrade your PC a little so that you can enjoy the game to the full. After all, we've been waiting ten years for the sequel, so you can pimp your setup to celebrate!
