Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 - The most important information about the new update

To get the new year off to a good start, Treyarch recently released an update to CoD BO6, which was primarily based on the wishes of the community.

Tough times for BO6

The developer had previously announced that the January update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will include some important changes, some of which have been on fans' wish lists for some time, while others will fix problems that have only just appeared in the game.

This is certainly also an attempt to counteract the recent sharp drop in player numbers by giving the community something to keep them happy. While the game boasted user numbers of well over 300,000 after its release, there were only up to 100,000 active players in December.

An update that will delight fans

The introduction of the High Roller Wildcard for particularly skilled players makes it clear that this update is fully aimed at making fans' hearts beat faster, but the elemental sword buff is also generating a lot of enthusiasm after players had a lot of fun tracking down and unlocking the weapons in zombie mode, but were then rather disappointed that their power turned out to be rather modest.

Now that the elemental swords are strengthened, it's finally worth grabbing the blades so that they not only look particularly cool, but can also be actively used in battle.
