Murky Divers: All info on the co-op horror-comedy game
Developer Embers recently released version 1.0 of their horror-comedy game Murky Divers, which focuses on co-op skills in a submarine.
What is Murky Divers about?
In Murky Divers, it's up to the player and his team to remove any evidence that could point to illegal laboratories and factories under the surface of the water - but a little dusting isn't enough, you have to recover masses of remains and bodies.
How does the game play?
Controlling the submarine as a team is anything but easy, but that's what makes the game so much fun - the deliberate use of chaos and miscommunication is what makes it so entertaining.
However, as soon as the vehicle has reached its destination, things really get going. The players split up to fulfil their respective tasks and avoid being slashed by sharp objects or eaten by underwater monsters.
As if this wasn't horror enough, the limited oxygen supply causes additional stress, which is not necessarily beneficial when every decision that has to be made affects the fate of the entire team.
All versions of the game
Until 2 January, the game is still available with a 25% discount for €5.99, while the “Dive deep, keep zorting”-bundle, which also includes the action horror game Zort, is available for €8.49.
The “sumarine horror”-Bundle consisting of Murky Divers and the submarine horror Baotrauma can be purchased for €32.78 and for €8.78 the “Dive deep, stay quiet”-Bundle, which includes the Lost Places co-op horror Panicore.
