Server down? How to play Monster Hunter Wilds offline!
Monster Hunter Wilds has only just been released and is already setting new records. Sales figures are skyrocketing and fans around the world are enthusiastically throwing themselves into the adventure. But what do you do when the servers go down? Fortunately, you don't have to miss out on your hunting adventure - because Monster Hunter Wilds Can also be played offline!
How to play Monster Hunter Wilds without the internet’s
Even if the servers are under maintenance or you don't have an active internet connection, you can still play the game. Start as normal. The process is simple:
- Start the game as usual.
- Shortly afterwards, a message appears stating that a connection to the server is being established.
- If this is not possible (e.g. due to maintenance work), you will receive a corresponding message.
- You will then be taken to the main menu where you can save your game. ganz normal laden.
The game continues to run smoothly - however, there are some Restrictions, that you should be aware of.
Which functions are not available offline?
While you can hunt monsters, craft equipment and accept quests even without an internet connection, some Online-Features not usable:

- No SOS emergency signal: If you find yourself in danger, you can none Send a help signal - you cannot support other players yourself either.
- No online events: Special endgame content that is available online remains locked in offline mode.
NPC helpers: support even without other players
Should you Monster Hunter Wilds play offline for whatever reason, you're still not completely on your own. The NPC helper "Hunter Support" is at your side!
- It behaves like a real player and supports you in battle.
- You can even call in the middle of the hunt, to help you against particularly tough opponents.
With this information, you are well prepared to start your journey in Monster Hunter Wilds even if the Internet does not play along. Have fun on the hunt!
