If you order a Memory PC with an operating system, we will install the operating system completely on your system. To be fully functional, this operating system only needs to be activated.
To do this, type "activation" in the Windows search bar. A window will then open directly where you can enter the activation key (product key).
Or you can press the buttons:
This will open the system settings of your Windows system. Scroll to the bottom. You will find the note there.
Windows activation: Windows is not activated. Press Activate Windows.
To do this, you need the 25-digit code from Windows.
You will find this code on your invoice as the last item!
You enter this code accordingly during activation.

When you purchase a Memory PC system including operating system, we pre-install the operating system on your system for you - including new drivers and updates. You may still need to carry out some minor Windows updates.
A DATA CARRIER is no longer included with orders, as not all Memory PC systems have a drive.
However, you have the option of creating a backup CD on the Microsoft Internet page for Windows 11 with your Windows licence key and the Media Creation Tool, if you wish.

This is the approximate number of working days we need to hand over your order to the parcel service.

This means, for example, that if you order and pay on a Monday (the day on which payment is received always counts), the system would be dispatched to you on Thursday at the earliest and Tuesday of the following week at the latest.

Memory PC offers several financing options: Via PayPal and EasyCredit instalment purchase.
PayPal and EasyCredit already decide during the ordering process whether or not an instalment purchase is offered.
Memory PC has no influence on either decision! We also have no way of intervening in any way or reversing the decision.
Likewise, due to data protection and banking secrecy, we do NOT learn any reasons why a financing does not work.
If neither payment method is available, there is no other way to purchase a Memory PC in instalments.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the payment method after ordering.

If the memory PC system does not provide a signal or the monitor does not receive a picture, this may be due to the following reasons:
1. wrong image input source selected on the monitor
Please check whether the correct image input source has been selected on the monitor (for example: VGA, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort). Some monitors must be manually set to the correct source.
2. have you selected the correct connection?
If your memory PC has an additional graphics card installed (in addition to the graphics chip on the mainboard), then there are also several graphics connections for your monitor. Therefore, use the lower connections, these are then the connections for the graphics card. As a rule, we also seal the connections on the mainboard (removable, of course - these are plug-on seals) so that no "wrong" output can be selected.
3. component loosened during transport
If your system has only just arrived or has recently been moved, a component may have come loose. We therefore recommend - if the first two points did not help - to open the PC in a de-energised state and check the position of the graphics card and RAM. Sometimes these are loose after transport and simply need to be carefully plugged back in (please pay attention to possible latches).
Important: Only take on such tasks if you are confident and able to carry them out professionally!

When you order your Memory PC with operating system, it is ready for you.
You also do not need to install the enclosed driver DVD from the mainboard, this only serves as a backup.
If you order your Memory PC WITHOUT an operating system, it is your responsibility to install the operating software and drivers. If no drive is installed, the drivers for the mainboard can be found on the respective manufacturer's website in the support area. Simply google the exact name of the mainboard.
Please check the plug connection inside the housing. In rare cases, these cables can come loose during transport.
You may open your Memory PC at any time, for example to upgrade or otherwise replace something. As long as the respective work on the computer is carried out professionally and without damage, this will not affect your warranty.

You have the option of specifying a different delivery address with every order.
If you create a customer account, you can also enter multiple delivery addresses, while the billing address remains the same.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We love your PC and would be very reluctant to see our Memory PC systems locked up in a metal box at night or for days on end.
The real reason, however, is that our boxes are larger than most packing stations have room for.
We always specify for the individual Memory PC systems whether WLAN or BLUETOOTH is already integrated.
However, you always have the option of selecting WLAN and BLUETOOTH as accessories in the configurator.

That depends on what you order. Basically, every memory PC system comes with one:
- IEC plug from the power supply unit
- Driver CDs
- Accessories for the components
If you have ordered a mouse, keyboard or monitor, these are also included in the scope of delivery.
Remember: an HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort or VGA cable is not always included with a monitor.
If you have ordered Windows as the operating system, NO data carrier is included. However, you can create a backup copy at any time.

When returning goods, please ensure that they are securely packaged for transport.
If possible, keep the original packaging. If this is not possible:
- Use a box with sufficient space for the goods to be returned. However, the box should not be too large so that the contents cannot slide back and forth.
- Fill the base with 5-10cm of padding material (e.g. crumpled newspapers/paper)
- Wrap the PC in film or paper for protection
- Fill in padding material to the left and right of the fabric and above it again
- Close the box and seal it well and several times with parcel tape

Fundamentals
The installation of a new hard disk or data carrier always requires initialisation or formatting.
In the Windows system, the first step is to open Disk Management. This can be accessed in Windows 10 by right-clicking on the Start button. The diskmgmt.msc command would also open it.
In addition to the procedure described here with the graphical user interface, you can also configure the hard disk using Windows PowerShell and the command prompt (cmd).
Of course, the command line always has the advantage that you can create scripts to automate the processes.
Configuration of the new hard drive
A message then appears stating that a new data carrier must be initialised. There are generally two different types of partition: MBR (Master Boot Record) and GPT (GUID partition table). The newer variant is GPT, but MBR is sufficient for a data-only hard drive that is no larger than 2 TB.
As soon as the partition style has been selected, you will receive a basic data carrier that does not yet have any allocated storage space.
However, as Windows now recognises the data carrier as a "hard disk", you can right-click on the hard disk and select "Create new volume".
The following settings can then be made using the Windows Hard Disk Wizard:
- Set the size of the volume
- Select drive letter
- Set file system (recommendation: NTFS)
- Set cluster size (default recommendation)
- Determine the name for the drive
Finally, the system performs a "quick format" and the hard drive can be used.
A setting in the UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) can prevent the USB devices from lighting up:
This will take you to the settings:
- Press and hold the F2 button, then press the power button.
- Press "F7" to enter the advanced mode
- Select "Advanced" and then "APM Configuration"
- Under "ErP Ready", select the "Enable S4+S5" option
- Save and exit settings with F10
Check briefly whether the changes have had the desired effect.
Please check with the programme Memtest86: (Link to download), whether there is a defect.
Click on the link to download the programme. Unzip the programme after installation.
Start the "imageUSB" programme. In step 1 of the programme, select the USB stick to which the test programme is to be written (IMPORTANT!!!: All data on this USB stick will be deleted!!!). You can then click on "Write to UFD" in the 4th step so that the programme starts the creation process.
After the programme has created the USB test stick, you can close the programme. Then restart the device and press the F8 key repeatedly during the restart (before the logo screen) until you reach the boot menu.
Some mainboards have a different F key, which is mentioned briefly during booting. If in doubt, restart and try F8-F12.
Then select the option "UEFI: "Name of USB stick" -Partition 1". The memory test should now start automatically as long as no mouse or keyboard input is made. If, contrary to expectations, the test does not start automatically, you can click on "Start test" in the menu to start the test manually.
If an error occurs, remove one of the two RAM memory modules if necessary and repeat the test.
IMPORTANT: You need a bootable USB stick
Microsoft provides a programme for reinstallation (Media Creation Tool Windows 11 / Media Creation Tool Windows 10).
First, we create a bootable USB stick for this purpose.
After creating the USB installation stick using the Media Creation Tool, carry out a new installation as follows:
- Important: Insert the USB stick into the USB port BEFORE restarting the PC
- Press F8 or F11 at startup to access the boot menu (the correct F key is displayed by the logo)
- There you select the option UEFI: (The name of the USB stick)
- The installation of Windows 10 / 11 should now start from your USB stick
- You can enter the Windows key during installation. If you are not connected to the Internet, you can also enter it later without any problems. To do this, select the option "I don't have a key" during installation.
All steps also apply to Windows 11!
Windows 10 automatically assigns the digital licence to your PC hardware with every installation.
If you replace important components, such as the mainboard, the operating system will no longer be able to synchronise the licence.
Your memory PC must therefore be prepared for such major changes.
This is how you prepare the Memory PC for the change:
Check whether Windows is activated
Go to "Start" - "Settings" - "Update & Security" and then to "Activation" (or enter the word "Activation" in the Windows input field).
If Windows is not activated, then close theActivation process with entry of your Windows licence keyfrom.
Assigning the Windows 10 licence to the Microsoft account
For later reactivation, it is useful to link your Windows to your own Microsoft account. First you need to determine whether your Microsoft account is linked to your digital licence for Windows 10. To do this, look under "Settings > Update and security > Activation". If a link exists, you will see the message: "Windows has been activated by a digital licence linked to your Microsoft account."
If you do not see this message, link your account as follows:
- To add a Microsoft account, you must be logged in as an administrator (check: Settings > Accounts > Your information")
- After verifying that you are an administrator and using your Microsoft account, return to the Activation page, select Add account, enter your Microsoft account and password, and then select Sign in.
- After your Microsoft account has been added, the Activation page will display Windows has been activated by a digital licence linked to your Microsoft account.
Reactivating Windows 10 after a hardware change
IMPORTANT: YOUR PC MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET
Execute the "Activation" troubleshooting
If your licence is linked to your Windows account, you can use the "Activation" troubleshooter to reactivate your Windows after a hardware change.
- Select Start, then Settings > Update and security > Activation and then Troubleshooting.
- A message is displayed stating that Windows cannot be activated on your device.
Select "I have recently changed the device hardware" and then "Next". - Enter your connected Microsoft account and password, and then select "Sign in".
The troubleshooter only works with the connected Microsoft account. - Select the device currently in use from the list of linked devices, then tick the checkbox next to "This is the device currently in use" and then select Activate.
If your currently used device is not displayed in the results list, make sure that you are logged in with the same Microsoft account that is linked to the Windows 10 digital licence on your device. If reactivation is still not possible, please check if your Windows is activated or if the maximum number of reactivations has been exceeded.
If Windows 10 was not pre-installed when you purchased your PC and you used a product key to upgrade to Windows 10, you will need the same product key after the hardware change.
Then select Start > Settings > Update and security > Activation > Change product key and enter the product key.
If you have installed a retail version of Windows 10 on your PC with a product key for Windows 10 and then made hardware changes, follow the same steps with the product key for Windows 10.
Please log in to PayPal.com with your account as normal. With the button "Send money" you can make the transfer to our e-mail address "info@memorypc.de". You can enter the order number or customer number as a reference for the fastest processing. As soon as we can book the money, your order will be processed.
A Memory PC requires an operating system for use.
All systems are generally offered without an operating system. However, you have the option of selecting Windows 10 or Windows 11 in the configurator.
Windows 10/11 has both anti-virus software and a firewall integrated - you do NOT need any other programmes. Of course, you can always set up your own security software later, but NO additional software is required for secure operation.
Memory PCs are optimised for use with Windows 10/11. Other operating systems can and will work, but we cannot offer a service for them.

Are you getting less hard disc space than you ordered? That doesn't have to be a mistake!
First check your hard drives using the "Disk Management" function;
Right-click on the Windows icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
There you can now see exactly which hard drives are recognised and what size they are. Due to a different calculation, Windows displays a slightly smaller storage size. Hard drive manufacturers specify their hard drive size in 1024 bytes. Windows, however, calculates with binary 240 bytes. This means, for example, that 1024 gigabytes for manufacturers "only becomes 931 gigabytes for Windows - without the actual hard drive becoming smaller.

Although we use specialised transport packaging, we cannot rule out the possibility of something happening during transport. So if you notice that your box is damaged, please take pictures if possible.

We promise you that we will find a quick and good solution.
When operating a memory PC, dust settles in and on the housing over time, which can have a negative effect on the PC. This is completely normal and cannot be prevented. For example, fan noises become significantly louder when they are "dusty".
It is therefore advisable to clean your memory PC from time to time. The frequency of cleaning basically depends on the type of use and the place of use. It is generally advisable to keep your memory PC away from dust, nicotine, moisture and animal hair.
Cleaning from the outside:
The housing of the computer is best cleaned with a damp - never WET - cloth. Microfibre cloths are best suited. Under no circumstances should moisture be allowed to enter the housing. Compressed air spray is best suited for cleaning keyboards and front fans, as well as grille openings. DO NOT use hoovers or compressors - their excessive power can cause damage
Cleaning from the inside:
Opening the housing wall is of course permitted and does not invalidate the warranty. We recommend ONLY using compressed air spray to clean all internal parts. When doing so, ensure that the cooler, fan, RAM and graphics cards are held firmly with one hand to prevent material overload.
If there is any stuck-on dirt, use a soft brush to loosen the dirt. NEVER use moisture or cleaning agents.
The warranty of a Memory PC system remains valid if you upgrade or convert your system professionally. Please note, however, that our warranty does not cover damage caused by the upgrade or conversion. This only applies to the damaged component, not the entire system.
You can do anything - it's your computer. However, incorrect or non-recommended BIOS settings and unprofessional modding can cause damage to the system or PC. Damage caused by overclocking or other modding is therefore excluded from the warranty.

No need to panic! We love your PC and will be there for you even after the warranty has expired. Simply get in touch with our service team. We will help you diagnose the fault quickly and easily. Often only one component needs to be replaced so that your PC works perfectly again - and it's much cheaper than buying a new one.
Of course, you may install your own components in your Memory PC as long as they are installed correctly. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee compatibility and fault-free operation for components that have not been installed and tested in our factory.

To select or programme the idle and/or off state of your MEMORY PC system, proceed as follows:
- Windows: Press Windows key-> Enter energy saving plan
- then select the "Energy saving" setting
- Select the Change energy saving plan setting.
- Select time for computer standby / hibernation (5 minutes)
We secure some of our PC systems with internal foam transport locks. We also secure systems with heavy fans or graphics cards in particular. You can recognise this by this sticker:
If you see this sticker, please remove the fuse within the PC system.

This is how you set energy-saving options to reduce the consumption of your MEMORY PC system:
- Windows: Press Windows key-> Enter energy saving plan and
- then select the "Energy saving" setting.
- Select the Change energy saving plan setting.
- Select time for computer standby / hibernation (5 minutes)
- BIOS: The energy-saving options are automatically regulated by the ACPI of the BIOS in conjunction with Windows and drivers
This is how you switch on the consumption reduction function on your MEMORY PC system:
- BIOS: Press the DEL key at startup to access the BIOS
- Select the ErP Ready setting in the BIOS and press F10 to save and exit.
- Windows: Press Windows key-> Enter energy saving plan and
- then select the "Energy saving" setting.
- Select time for computer standby / hibernation (1-5 minutes)
Game codes are automatically sent by e-mail after the authorised system has been invoiced.
Game codes are issued by the hardware manufacturer and passed on to the customer via us. The promotions have a limited period and are only valid while stocks last. If the manufacturer has no more codes in stock, none can be passed on to the customer.
It is not possible to send gamekeys for systems that were purchased shortly before the start of the promotion. It is not possible for us to credit the code retroactively, as the codes are tied to the date of purchase by the manufacturer.
The duration of the actions can be changed by the manufacturer during the action.

If authorised hardware is converted to unauthorised hardware, the entitlement to game codes expires. Conversely, it is possible to convert unauthorised hardware to authorised hardware and a game code will be issued.

Why are some types of graphics written out without an exact brand?
There is a very special reason for this!
This is because we buy in large quantities to achieve the low and good prices we offer our customers.
And that's why it's difficult to be precise about the brand, as it can change with every purchase.
The decisive factor is the chipset of the graphics card and this is always the same.
This means: If it says in our shop: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 - 8GB - then you will always receive exactly this chipset, but not a specific brand manufacturer.

In addition, the cardboard box inside is protected with extra secure bubble wrap. The PC system is protected on the inside with special transport security to maximise the safety of the hardware components.
And because we really play it safe, our shipping boxes are labelled with a security text:


When you purchase a Memory PC system including operating system, we pre-install the operating system on your system for you - including new drivers and updates. You may still need to carry out some minor Windows updates.
A DATA CARRIER is no longer included with orders, as not all Memory PC systems have a drive.
However, you have the option of creating a backup CD on the Microsoft Internet page for Windows 11 with your Windows licence key and the Media Creation Tool, if you wish.

A Memory PC requires an operating system for use.
All systems are generally offered without an operating system. However, you have the option of selecting Windows 10 or Windows 11 in the configurator.
Windows 10/11 has both anti-virus software and a firewall integrated - you do NOT need any other programmes. Of course, you can always set up your own security software later, but NO additional software is required for secure operation.
Memory PCs are optimised for use with Windows 10/11. Other operating systems can and will work, but we cannot offer a service for them.
When operating a memory PC, dust settles in and on the housing over time, which can have a negative effect on the PC. This is completely normal and cannot be prevented. For example, fan noises become significantly louder when they are "dusty".
It is therefore advisable to clean your memory PC from time to time. The frequency of cleaning basically depends on the type of use and the place of use. It is generally advisable to keep your memory PC away from dust, nicotine, moisture and animal hair.
Cleaning from the outside:
The housing of the computer is best cleaned with a damp - never WET - cloth. Microfibre cloths are best suited. Under no circumstances should moisture be allowed to enter the housing. Compressed air spray is best suited for cleaning keyboards and front fans, as well as grille openings. DO NOT use hoovers or compressors - their excessive power can cause damage
Cleaning from the inside:
Opening the housing wall is of course permitted and does not invalidate the warranty. We recommend ONLY using compressed air spray to clean all internal parts. When doing so, ensure that the cooler, fan, RAM and graphics cards are held firmly with one hand to prevent material overload.
If there is any stuck-on dirt, use a soft brush to loosen the dirt. NEVER use moisture or cleaning agents.
The warranty of a Memory PC system remains valid if you upgrade or convert your system professionally. Please note, however, that our warranty does not cover damage caused by the upgrade or conversion. This only applies to the damaged component, not the entire system.
You can do anything - it's your computer. However, incorrect or non-recommended BIOS settings and unprofessional modding can cause damage to the system or PC. Damage caused by overclocking or other modding is therefore excluded from the warranty.

Game codes are issued by the hardware manufacturer and passed on to the customer via us. The promotions have a limited period and are only valid while stocks last. If the manufacturer has no more codes in stock, none can be passed on to the customer.

If the memory PC system does not provide a signal or the monitor does not receive a picture, this may be due to the following reasons:
1. wrong image input source selected on the monitor
Please check whether the correct image input source has been selected on the monitor (for example: VGA, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort). Some monitors must be manually set to the correct source.
2. have you selected the correct connection?
If your memory PC has an additional graphics card installed (in addition to the graphics chip on the mainboard), then there are also several graphics connections for your monitor. Therefore, use the lower connections, these are then the connections for the graphics card. As a rule, we also seal the connections on the mainboard (removable, of course - these are plug-on seals) so that no "wrong" output can be selected.

If your system has only just arrived or has recently been moved, a component may have come loose. We therefore recommend - if the first two points did not help - to open the PC in a de-energised state and check the position of the graphics card and RAM. Fundamentals
The installation of a new hard disk or data carrier always requires initialisation or formatting.
In the Windows system, the first step is to open Disk Management. This can be accessed in Windows 10 by right-clicking on the Start button. The diskmgmt.msc command would also open it.
In addition to the procedure described here with the graphical user interface, you can also configure the hard disk using Windows PowerShell and the command prompt (cmd).
Of course, the command line always has the advantage that you can create scripts to automate the processes.
Configuration of the new hard drive
A message then appears stating that a new data carrier must be initialised. There are generally two different types of partition: MBR (Master Boot Record) and GPT (GUID partition table). The newer variant is GPT, but MBR is sufficient for a data-only hard drive that is no larger than 2 TB.
As soon as the partition style has been selected, you will receive a basic data carrier that does not yet have any allocated storage space.
However, as Windows now recognises the data carrier as a "hard disk", you can right-click on the hard disk and select "Create new volume".
The following settings can then be made using the Windows Hard Disk Wizard:
- Set the size of the volume
- Select drive letter
- Set file system (recommendation: NTFS)
- Set cluster size (default recommendation)
- Determine the name for the drive
Finally, the system performs a "quick format" and the hard drive can be used.
A setting in the UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) can prevent the USB devices from lighting up:
This will take you to the settings:
- Press and hold the F2 button, then press the power button.
- Press "F7" to enter the advanced mode
- Select "Advanced" and then "APM Configuration"
- Under "ErP Ready", select the "Enable S4+S5" option
- Save and exit settings with F10
Check briefly whether the changes have had the desired effect.
Please check with the programme Memtest86: (Link to download), whether there is a defect.
Click on the link to download the programme. Unzip the programme after installation.
Start the "imageUSB" programme. In step 1 of the programme, select the USB stick to which the test programme is to be written (IMPORTANT!!!: All data on this USB stick will be deleted!!!). You can then click on "Write to UFD" in the 4th step so that the programme starts the creation process.
After the programme has created the USB test stick, you can close the programme. Then restart the device and press the F8 key repeatedly during the restart (before the logo screen) until you reach the boot menu.
Some mainboards have a different F key, which is mentioned briefly during booting. If in doubt, restart and try F8-F12.
Then select the option "UEFI: "Name of USB stick" -Partition 1". The memory test should now start automatically as long as no mouse or keyboard input is made. If, contrary to expectations, the test does not start automatically, you can click on "Start test" in the menu to start the test manually.
If an error occurs, remove one of the two RAM memory modules if necessary and repeat the test.
IMPORTANT: You need a bootable USB stick
Microsoft provides a programme for reinstallation (Media Creation Tool Windows 11 / Media Creation Tool Windows 10).
First, we create a bootable USB stick for this purpose.
After creating the USB installation stick using the Media Creation Tool, carry out a new installation as follows:
- Important: Insert the USB stick into the USB port BEFORE restarting the PC
- Press F8 or F11 at startup to access the boot menu (the correct F key is displayed by the logo)
- There you select the option UEFI: (The name of the USB stick)
- The installation of Windows 10 / 11 should now start from your USB stick
- You can enter the Windows key during installation. If you are not connected to the Internet, you can also enter it later without any problems. To do this, select the option "I don't have a key" during installation.
All steps also apply to Windows 11!
Windows 10 automatically assigns the digital licence to your PC hardware with every installation.
If you replace important components, such as the mainboard, the operating system will no longer be able to synchronise the licence.
Your memory PC must therefore be prepared for such major changes.
This is how you prepare the Memory PC for the change:
Check whether Windows is activated
Go to "Start" - "Settings" - "Update & Security" and then to "Activation" (or enter the word "Activation" in the Windows input field).
If Windows is not activated, then close theActivation process with entry of your Windows licence keyfrom.
Assigning the Windows 10 licence to the Microsoft account
For later reactivation, it is useful to link your Windows to your own Microsoft account. First you need to determine whether your Microsoft account is linked to your digital licence for Windows 10. To do this, look under "Settings > Update and security > Activation". If a link exists, you will see the message: "Windows has been activated by a digital licence linked to your Microsoft account."
If you do not see this message, link your account as follows:
- To add a Microsoft account, you must be logged in as an administrator (check: Settings > Accounts > Your information")
- After verifying that you are an administrator and using your Microsoft account, return to the Activation page, select Add account, enter your Microsoft account and password, and then select Sign in.
- After your Microsoft account has been added, the Activation page will display Windows has been activated by a digital licence linked to your Microsoft account.
Reactivating Windows 10 after a hardware change
IMPORTANT: YOUR PC MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET
Execute the "Activation" troubleshooting
If your licence is linked to your Windows account, you can use the "Activation" troubleshooter to reactivate your Windows after a hardware change.
- Select Start, then Settings > Update and security > Activation and then Troubleshooting.
- A message is displayed stating that Windows cannot be activated on your device.
Select "I have recently changed the device hardware" and then "Next". - Enter your connected Microsoft account and password, and then select "Sign in".
The troubleshooter only works with the connected Microsoft account. - Select the device currently in use from the list of linked devices, then tick the checkbox next to "This is the device currently in use" and then select Activate.
If your currently used device is not displayed in the results list, make sure that you are logged in with the same Microsoft account that is linked to the Windows 10 digital licence on your device. If reactivation is still not possible, please check if your Windows is activated or if the maximum number of reactivations has been exceeded.
If Windows 10 was not pre-installed when you purchased your PC and you used a product key to upgrade to Windows 10, you will need the same product key after the hardware change.
Then select Start > Settings > Update and security > Activation > Change product key and enter the product key.
If you have installed a retail version of Windows 10 on your PC with a product key for Windows 10 and then made hardware changes, follow the same steps with the product key for Windows 10.

Are you getting less hard disc space than you ordered? That doesn't have to be a mistake!
First check your hard drives using the "Disk Management" function;
Right-click on the Windows icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
There you can now see exactly which hard drives are recognised and what size they are. Due to a different calculation, Windows displays a slightly smaller storage size. Hard drive manufacturers specify their hard drive size in 1024 bytes. Windows, however, calculates with binary 240 bytes. This means, for example, that 1024 gigabytes for manufacturers "only becomes 931 gigabytes for Windows - without the actual hard drive becoming smaller.
When operating a memory PC, dust settles in and on the housing over time, which can have a negative effect on the PC. This is completely normal and cannot be prevented. For example, fan noises become significantly louder when they are "dusty".
It is therefore advisable to clean your memory PC from time to time. The frequency of cleaning basically depends on the type of use and the place of use. It is generally advisable to keep your memory PC away from dust, nicotine, moisture and animal hair.
Cleaning from the outside:
The housing of the computer is best cleaned with a damp - never WET - cloth. Microfibre cloths are best suited. Under no circumstances should moisture be allowed to enter the housing. Compressed air spray is best suited for cleaning keyboards and front fans, as well as grille openings. DO NOT use hoovers or compressors - their excessive power can cause damage
Cleaning from the inside:
Opening the housing wall is of course permitted and does not invalidate the warranty. We recommend ONLY using compressed air spray to clean all internal parts. When doing so, ensure that the cooler, fan, RAM and graphics cards are held firmly with one hand to prevent material overload.
If there is any stuck-on dirt, use a soft brush to loosen the dirt. NEVER use moisture or cleaning agents.
The warranty of a Memory PC system remains valid if you upgrade or convert your system professionally. Please note, however, that our warranty does not cover damage caused by the upgrade or conversion. This only applies to the damaged component, not the entire system.
You can do anything - it's your computer. However, incorrect or non-recommended BIOS settings and unprofessional modding can cause damage to the system or PC. Damage caused by overclocking or other modding is therefore excluded from the warranty.

Game codes are automatically sent by e-mail after the authorised system has been invoiced.
Game codes are issued by the hardware manufacturer and passed on to the customer via us. The promotions have a limited period and are only valid while stocks last. If the manufacturer has no more codes in stock, none can be passed on to the customer.
It is not possible to send gamekeys for systems that were purchased shortly before the start of the promotion. It is not possible for us to credit the code retroactively, as the codes are tied to the date of purchase by the manufacturer.
The duration of the actions can be changed by the manufacturer during the action.

If authorised hardware is converted to unauthorised hardware, the entitlement to game codes expires. Conversely, it is possible to convert unauthorised hardware to authorised hardware and a game code will be issued.
