What is the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)?
The EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is a regulation that ensures that only safe products are placed on the market. It applies to all distributors and manufacturers within the EU and sets out, among other things
- Product safety requirements.
- Obligation to label and trace products.
- Obligations to provide information in the event of risks or product recalls.
