1. Organiser

The organiser of the raffle is Memory PC GmbH, with its registered office at Weberstraße 4a, 26340 Zetel, Germany.

2. Eligible participants

All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of Memory PC GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation

Participation in the raffle takes place via the Instagram channel of Memory PC GmbH at https://www.instagram.com/memorypc_gmbh/.

The competition is in no way connected to Instagram, it is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Instagram.

The prerequisite for participation in the raffle is a comment and like of the corresponding post on Instagram.

In addition, it is only permitted to participate in the raffle once.

Participation in the raffle is not associated with any obligation to make use of certain services or to consent to advertising measures.

By participating, the participant declares his agreement to the contents of these terms and conditions of participation.

4. Period

The competition runs from 01 December to 28 December 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.

The raffle periods of the individual prizes are structured as follows:

1st Advent 01.12. - 07.12.24 11:59 PM EST.

2nd Advent 08.12. - 14.12.24 11:59 PM EST.

3. Advent 15.12. - 21.12.24 11:59 PM EST.

4. Advent 22.12. - 28.12.24 11:59 PM EST.

The winners will be announced within one week after the expiry of the preceding running time.

5. Winner selection
All participants who correctly follow the instructions for participation in the competitions within the raffle periods of Advent weeks 1 - 4 qualify for the prize draw. The winners will be selected by lot from Memory PC GmbH. The winner will be announced within a maximum of six working days after the end of the participation period of the respective raffle period.

6. Winner notification and delivery

The notification of the winners will be made via Instagram via direct message. If the winner does not respond within a period of 14 days and provides Memory PC GmbH with his postal address and telephone number for the dispatch of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. The prize will also be forfeited if it cannot be transmitted to the winner for reasons that lie solely in the person or conduct of the winner.

8. Handling of personal data

In the context of the dispatch in accordance with Section 6, personal data of the participants will be collected (first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address and the address of the winners). This data will be processed exclusively for the implementation of the competition and raffle and will be deleted after the end of the raffle, unless there are any legal retention obligations.

Participants can revoke their consent to participate in the competition at any time and are thus eliminated. Your personal data will then be deleted, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations.

10. Rules of Conduct

Memory PC GmbH has the right to exclude participants from the raffle who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the raffle and/or who violate the rules of the game.

11. Termination options

Memory PC GmbH is entitled at any time to cancel or terminate the competition and raffle without giving reasons due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice, provided that there is an important reason for this. An important reason in this sense exists in particular if the raffle cannot proceed according to plan, for example in the event of errors in the software and/or hardware and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that prevent the regular and orderly execution of the raffle.

12. Responsible

All questions, comments or complaints regarding the prize draw should be addressed exclusively to Memory PC GmbH.

13. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

14. Applicable law and liability:

The prize draw is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

By handing over the prize, Memory PC GmbH is released from all obligations arising from the raffle, unless an earlier date results from these terms and conditions of participation.

Liability of Memory PC GmbH for material and/or legal defects in the prize is excluded.

Memory PC GmbH can change the terms and conditions of participation at any time with timely notice to the e-mail address provided by the participants.
