Every system that leaves our premises is treated by our employees as if it were their own. That's why we trust in our work and provide a full 24 months warranty on Memory PC systems (extendable to 36 months upon request). Guaranteed, because as we said: We love your PC!

In the case of a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

2. Free preliminary exchange of defective components

If, during the contact, it turns out that a specific component is not working as it should or is defective, we will exchange it for you in a process we call "preliminary exchange," free of charge. In short, we send you a replacement component in advance, you install it, and if everything works, you send us the defective component free of charge.

3. Free return for expert diagnosis

If the issue cannot be found through remote diagnosis, your PC must be sent to us, of course free of charge. We provide you with a return label exclusively via email for this purpose.

Memory PC warranty conditions:

We provide you with a warranty of 2 years on the advertised product in addition to the statutory rights regarding faulty products. The period for calculating the duration of the warranty begins on the date of the invoice. The territorial validity of the warranty protection is Europe-wide.

The warranty refers to the absence of defects in the advertised product, including functionality, material and production defects. Should a defect occur during the warranty period, we will provide you with one of the following services within the scope of this warranty, at our discretion:

  • repair of the goods free of charge or
  • exchange of the goods for an equivalent item free of charge.

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods due to

  • Damage caused by the use of force
  • Damage caused by external influences or by foreign bodies and liquids
  • Improper use
  • Incorrect settings in the operating system or BIOS
  • Software errors
  • Damage caused by viruses or other malware
  • Overclocking
  • Improper packaging and securing when returning for repair (view link)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to non-observance of the operating instructions
  • Damage caused by repair attempts by the customer or by third parties is excluded from the warranty.

A prerequisite for claiming warranty services is that you allow us to investigate the warranty claim (e.g. by sending in the goods). Care must be taken to avoid damage to the goods in transit by packing them securely. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the consignment of goods in order to enable us to check whether the warranty period has been observed. Without a copy of the invoice, we may reject the warranty claim. In the event of justified warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e. we will reimburse you for any shipping costs for sending the goods to us.

This dealer warranty provided by us does not limit your legal rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing legal warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise. This dealer's guarantee therefore does not interfere with your legal rights, but rather enhances your legal position.

Should the purchased item be defective, you may in any case contact us in accordance with your statutory rights, irrespective of whether a warranty claim exists or the warranty is invoked.

Important note:

Repair costs from third-party workshops will only be covered by Memory PC GmbH if agreed in writing.
